Alexis' Sweet Heat Chicken, Onions and Bell Pepper 1lb. Boneless/Skinless Thighs, Breast cut into 1" chunks 1 Onion, sliced 1 Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced 1c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce, any flavor Cook chicken on medium/medium high heat until almost done: approx. 15 minutes. Add sliced onion, sliced bell pepper, and Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce. Reduce heat and cook until done: approx. 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice. ---------------------------------------------------------- Alexis' Sweet Heat Fried Chicken 1 Whole Chicken, cut up Flour for dredging Oil for frying 1 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce, any flavor Marinate chicken pieces in 1 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in flour. Dip chicken in bowl in more marinade and dredge in flour a 2nd time. Heat oil to 375 degrees for frying. Place chicken in hot oil and cook until done. Note: Oil temperature may need to be lowered during frying process to keep chicken from browning too quickly. ---------------------------------------------------------- Alexis' Sweet Heat Grilled Chicken 1-2 lbs. Chicken pieces, Boneless skinless or with Bones and Skin 2 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce, any flavor Marinate chicken pieces in 1 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce 1-3 hours, or longer if desired. Remove pieces from marinade and place on hot grill. Brush chicken pieces with remaining 1c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce during grilling process. Cook until done. ---------------------------------------------------------- Alexis' Sweet Heat Baked Chicken 1 Whole chicken, cut up or mixture of pieces 2 med. Potatoes peeled and cut into 1"chunks 1 med. Onion, sliced 2 garlic cloves, diced 1 c. mushrooms, sliced 1 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce, any flavor Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken and vegetables in casserole dish. Pour 1 1/2 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until done: approx. 1 1/2 hours. Serve with salad ---------------------------------------------------------- Alexis' Sweet Heat Stuffed Chicken 2 large Chicken Breasts, with skin and ribs 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, and extra for sprinkling 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated, and extra for sprinkling 1c. Chicken stock 1c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce, any flavor Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cheeses together. Cut slit into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through. Pour 1/4 c. Alexis' Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce into each breast. Secure breast with toothpicks. Place chicken breast into baking dish. Pour chicken stock and the remaining 1/2 c. Alexis’ Sweet Heat Marinade & Sauce around the chicken. Put cheese mixture on chicken breasts. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook and additional 10 minutes. Turn oven on broil, add additional cheese to each breast and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cheese begins to bubble.
